BianchinCM is a Toronto-based construction management firm specializing in the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-end residential projects. From pre-construction through completion, we provide comprehensive oversight across budgeting, procurement and tendering, cost control, scheduling, and construction bringing structure, accountability, and precision to every stage of the building process.
Our approach is hands-on, collaborative, and detail-driven. We coordinate with the architects, engineers, designers, consultants, trades, and suppliers behind each project, proactively addressing constructibility challenges and field conditions before they impact schedule, cost, or quality. For our clients, BianchinCM serves as a single, trusted point of contact managing communication, decisions, expectations, and execution from start to finish.

BianchinCM was founded by Peter Bianchin, who combines a formal background in architecture and design with more than five years of construction management experience gained at a leading design-build firm. His understanding of both design intent and construction execution shapes BianchinCM’s integrated approach to delivering thoughtfully designed, exceptionally built homes.
About Peter Bianchin
Construction has been a lifelong passion of mine, shaping both what I chose to study and the career I’ve built. With a Bachelor of Design in Environmental Design from OCAD University, my background sits at the intersection of design and construction, bringing a design-rooted perspective to the realities of building from budgets and schedules to trades, consultants and the details that ultimately define a finished project.
My professional experience began with Minto Communities and Olympic Kitchens before I joined Blue Lion Building, where I progressed from Construction Supervisor to Vice President of Construction, leading high-end residential projects throughout Toronto. In 2026, I founded BianchinCM Corp. to bring that experience to an independent construction management practice focused on delivering residential projects with clarity, attention to detail and a high standard of execution.
